If you are unsure of your insurance coverage, we are happy to check insurance benefits for you prior to your first appointment. We will directly bill your insurance company so there is no additional paperwork for you to complete.
Our clinicians are paneled with many insurance companies. If you participate with a company that is not listed below you may still qualify for full reimbursement of counseling services.

Credit, Debit, HSA, FSA, Cash, and Check are all accepted for payment.
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a $75 cancellation fee. This fee is not covered by insurance. Exceptions are made for emergencies, sudden illness, and prohibitive weather conditions.
